First Time User Setup

Your SmartCart360 Application has now been set up for a user account with your email.
This page will guide you through the first time setup of your SmartCart360 account login.

Things you will need:

There are two things you need to complete this process.
This information will be included in the welcome email you should have received.

  1. The email address your user was provisioned with in the SmartCart360 app
    1. This will be the same address where your welcome email was sent
  2. The web address of your application (eg; companyname.smartcart360.app)

If you have not received a welcome email and do not have this information please make sure to check your spam folder or contact your company SmartCart360 Administrator.

1.  Get Started

  • Navigate to your SmartCart360 web address in a browser.
  • Click the Sign Up Now link at the bottom of the dialog.

2.  Verify Email

  • On the next screen, enter your email and click Send verification code.
  • An email will be sent to the address entered with a 6 digit code

  • On the next screen enter the code sent to your email and click Verify code

3.  Create Account

  • On the next screen enter your password and a display name
  • When done click Create

4.  Multi-factor Authentication

  • On the next screen you will setup your multi-factor authentication.
  • Enter a valid mobile phone number and click Send Code
  • You will get an SMS text message with a 6 digit code

  • On the next screen enter the code you received and click Verify Code

That’s all there is to it!

You should now be logged into your SmartCart360 app.
